Ingredients: calendula, plantain, yarrow, lavender, willow bark, comfrey, rose petals, chickweed, uva ursi, epsom salt

How to Use:
Steep ½ cup in 4 cups hot water for 30 min. Strain, cool,  use in a sitz bath or peri bottle or compress. For a full bath, steep 2 cups in 8 cups water, strain, and add to warm bath.
